Our aim is always to ensure customers are fully satisfied with their purchases.

Most of the time we get great feedback, but if your not completely happy then we aim to resolve this as best as possible.

Please note the follow returns and replacements guidelines

1) From receiving your order we allow up to 14 days return.

2) Certain items are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene reasons or that that have be custom made to order. The list includes: Earrngs and all piercings. Personalise orders - with engraved messaging or text like the name necklaces. All bespoke orders made to specific customer requests.

3) If you are unsure about return eligibility please check with us before buying in all instances.

4) Follow return guidelines below

- Please email us with your order and reason of return.

- Once you have a confirmed response either by phone or email you may return the goods.

- The goods should be sent back by insured recorded delivery. This ensures you have proof of postage and shipping.

- Once recieved we will either refund the order fully or send a replacement product depending on the request type.
